Our company is looking to hire a full or part time office manager responsible for the general operation of our office. Office Manager Job Responsibilities:
• Overseeing general office operation.
• Supports company operations by scheduling multiple projects.
• Coordinating appointments, meetings, and managing staff schedules.
• Maintain social media accounts, engage potential customers and assist with other marketing tasks.
• Ensure that all projects are invoiced and paid on time.
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
• Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Payroll management. (preferred)
Pay & Benefits:

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two to three years experience in an office management, administrative, or assistant position. (preferred)
• Proficient with office software. (MS Office, QuickBooks)
• Proficient with scheduling software.
• Proficient in social media management.
