To our family, friends, current customers, past customers, and everyone who has supported Done Right Fence over the years—thank you.

The last couple of weeks have been incredibly difficult with the passing of my mom. As many of you know, I also lost my dad several years ago, and losing both parents is something that changes you forever. During this time, our schedules have fallen behind as we've focused on family and worked through this loss, but we're doing everything we can to get back on track.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who has reached out with phone calls, text messages, Facebook comments, private messages, prayers, and words of encouragement. The amount of love and support we've received has been overwhelming in the best possible way. It has truly humbled me.

One thing I know without a doubt is that both my mom and my dad would want me—and Done Right Fence—to keep pushing forward. They would want us to continue chasing our dreams, reaching our goals, serving our customers, and never giving up, no matter how hard life gets. That's exactly what we intend to do.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your patience, your understanding, and your continued support. It means more to me than words can express. We'll keep working hard, catching up, and moving this company forward with the same values my parents instilled in me: honesty, hard work, and treating people the right way.

Dear Valued Customer,

We wanted to reach out and provide you with an important update regarding our team.

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Chris's mother passed away last night. Over the past several weeks, Chris has spent a significant amount of time away from the office caring for his mother as her health declined and supporting his family during this difficult journey. As you can imagine, he will now need some time to grieve and be with his loved ones.

First and foremost, we want to thank each of you for your patience, understanding, and support during this challenging time for our Done Right Fence family.

While this loss has understandably impacted our schedule, we want to assure you that your project remains important to us. We will be doing everything we can to keep the team going in and projects moving forward and minimizing delays as much as possible.
