We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to start or continue a carrer in construction. We're a small, local business with lots of growth ahead with the right individual. Pay based on experience but inexperienced starting pay is $18

We're a no nonsense kind of company. And we've been that way because we too, hate the unnecessary runaround. We take pride in not wasting your time, because we know how valuable it is. We do what we say we're going to do and we do it the right way, the first time. We've heard the horror stories from customers about other contractors and I've fixed so many unsafe and horribly built structures. We've been on the receiving end of a bad business owner or a horribly ran company and have subbed for them in the past. We've used the "big box" companies before and those guys dont care about you unless you are dropping significant coin and even then it's a toss up. I started this business 17 years ago and have put the time and effort into streamlining our process. I was taught to treat my customers better than family and we've stuck to that standard since the beginning. I hope to hand this business down to MY children while teaching them to continue with the exact same standard.

This time we're replacing the siding in the back and a full re-paint!

The rain prevented us from completing the second half of the TrexRainEscape system on the Dining Deck out at Ellsworth Crossing Farm to Fork Market but it gave us an opportunity to see how it performs :)

Zero leaks and we haven't finished sealing it completely.

Over the years we've been well fed by many of our awesome customers and are extremely thankful for the gesture. 🙏 The next couple weeks we're out at Ellsworth Crossing Farm to Fork Market building their new dining deck. Today they've made Southwest Plum Creek Chicken salad wraps! They taste as amazing as they look!
