GOT A LIST? DAVE MIGHT BE YOUR GUY. 🔨

You know the list.

That door that needs fixed.
The drywall that needs patched.
The trim that's been missing for six months.
The shelves still sitting in the box.
And those three other things you keep saying, “We'll get to it eventually.” 😂

Well… eventually might be NOW.

Dave has spent the last six months tackling some pretty major General Contracting projects, so he's taking a break from the BIG renovations for a bit.

Instead, he's opening up his calendar for HANDYMAN PROJECTS + SMALLER JOBS.

We're talking projects that can typically be tackled in a few hours or a few days...NOT full-scale remodels that take weeks or months.

So if you've got one project OR a whole little punch list you've been wanting someone to tackle, send it over!

Email Dave directly with a description of what you need done. Pictures are helpful too!

He'll give you a call to talk through the project and see if it's a good fit.

So… what exactly counts as a HANDYMAN project?” 🔨

Good question. 😂

Dave is taking a little break from the BIG renovation projects after a very full six months, which means he has room on his calendar for some of the smaller stuff!

YES, send us things like:
✔️ Small repairs
✔️ Drywall patching
✔️ Trim and door repairs/replacement
✔️ Shelving
✔️ Small carpentry projects
✔️ Fixture swaps
✔️ Punch-list projects
✔️ A handful of smaller projects you want knocked out at once

NOT right now:
❌ Full kitchen renovations
❌ Full bathroom renovations
❌ Basement finishes
❌ Major construction projects
❌ Projects that turn into “Well, while you're here, let's just tear down this wall…” 😂

Have something you're wondering about?

Don't overthink it. Send Dave an email with what you need done. He'll give you a call and you can talk through it together.

HOW LONG is that project going to stay on your “we really need to get that done” list? 😂

Because Dave might have some time for it!

After six months of some pretty BIG contracting projects, Dave is taking a break from major renovations for a bit and opening up his calendar for smaller handyman projects.

This is for the stuff like:
→ Fixing drywall
→ Replacing trim
→ Hanging shelves
→ Replacing a door
→ Small carpentry jobs
→ Minor repairs
→ Finishing up those little projects that never quite got finished
→ Knocking out a few things on that never-ending honey-do list

Basically, if you DON’T need a full remodel but DO need someone who knows what the heck they’re doing… send it our way.

Email Dave directly with your project request and he’ll give you a call to talk through it. [email protected]

Dave has been BUSY. 🔨

The last six months have been filled with some BIG projects and before he jumps into another major renovation, he’s taking a little breather from the big stuff.

BUT… that means his calendar is opening up for HANDYMAN PROJECTS!

You know those projects that have been sitting on your list forever because they’re too small for a full contractor… but you either don’t have the time, tools, or desire to tackle them yourself? 😂

THOSE are the projects we’re talking about.

Think:
🔨 Drywall repairs
🔨 Replacing doors or trim
🔨 Installing shelves
🔨 Minor home repairs
🔨 Fixture replacements
🔨 Small carpentry projects
🔨 Punch-list items around the house
🔨 Those random “Can someone PLEASE just fix this?” projects 😂

What we’re NOT talking about right now:
❌ Full kitchen remodels
❌ Full bathroom remodels
❌ Basements
❌ Large-scale renovations

Have something on your list?

Email Dave directly with what you’re looking to have done, and he’ll give you a call to chat more about the project.

Well… things I probably wouldn’t advise.

Building a deck in this heat.

But that’s exactly what we did this week. Built a deck. 🥵

And I’m not gonna lie….it turned out great. Really happy with how it came together, and even more thankful for some pretty awesome customers who trusted me with the project.

That said… I’m ready to go sit in some air conditioning now. 😂

Once we get through a few of the bigger projects we have going over the next couple weeks, I’m going to open up some spots for smaller, day-long handyman projects.

So if you’ve got something around the house you’ve been meaning to get done….repairs, projects, updates, whatever it may be, shoot me a message.

You can reach me directly via me at:

[email protected]

Happy to talk through what you’ve got and see if I can help.

Now… time for some AC. 😎

⚠️ Public Service Announcement from Jodi... ⚠️

It appears that my husband, Dave, has been so busy helping customers with projects over the last few months that he may have forgotten how to create a Facebook post. 😜

Case in point...

📸 The photo attached is what happens when you've been working your tail off. After a long day of projects, estimates, phone calls, and making things happen, apparently the couch won. 😂

The good news? Business has been keeping him busy.

The bad news? You haven't gotten to see all the amazing projects he's been working on lately because he hasn't posted any of them!

So let's help him out a little...

👇 Tell us in the comments:

Do you want to see some of Dave's recent projects and transformations?

Because around our house, we strongly believe in "positive peer pressure." 😆

If enough of you say YES, maybe (just maybe) we can convince him to wake up from his couch nap and start sharing some before-and-after photos, completed projects, and customer transformations.

Come on, friends... help a girl out!

Who's ready to see what Dave has been building? 🔨🏠

Permission Granted is part personal story, part practical strategy 𝗔𝗡𝗗 a whole lot of honest truth about what it takes to stop living on autopilot and start building a life that actually feels like yours.

✔ giving yourself 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 to want more

And because I didn’t want readers to simply feel inspired and then do nothing with it…

I created the 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 to help you actually apply what you’re learning.
