We’re excited to see officially welcoming residents!

Located at 1904 Farnam Street in downtown Omaha, this historic building has been transformed into 54 affordable studio and one-bedroom apartments, combining modern living with the character of this downtown landmark.

We’re proud to have been part of giving this historic building a new chapter and bringing more workforce housing to downtown Omaha.

🚧 Progress is taking shape at The Salvation Army Western Plains Camp!

Since breaking ground on Phase Two in South Sioux City, our team and trade partners have been hard at work bringing the next chapter of this special project to life. 👷‍♂️🔨

Work continues across the site on the new pavilion, chapel, classrooms, challenge course, camping center, tabernacle, and other improvements that will expand what the camp can offer for years to come.

It’s exciting to see the plans move from paper to real progress in the field. We’re proud to partner with The Salvation Army, the design team, and our trade partners as we keep things moving forward. 👏

🛝 Back at Gretna Landing!

We were excited to be asked to return to Gretna Landing Apartments to add a couple of new amenities for the community — a new playground for residents and their families, along with an outdoor exercise area. 👏💪

It’s always rewarding to come back to a project we helped build and continue adding to the spaces and amenities that make it a great place to live. 🏡

CO2 on Tenth in Omaha's Historic Little Italy Neighborhood made its way out of the archives. The four-story residential building was designed by RDG Planning & Design and became one of Omaha's first multi-family projects to receive LEED Certification.
