Last May marked an impressive milestone for John LeHew — 13 years with A Better Spray Services by Wolberts! John has been an invaluable part of our team, stepping up in a big way during the management transition when Wolbert’s in Olympia took over operations following the passing of the late Gary Wolbert. His steady leadership and dedication helped ensure a seamless shift for everyone involved.

John truly embodies the Wolbert’s spirit — committed, reliable, and always focused on moving us forward. We’re deeply grateful for John, his family, and everything he brings to the team, and we look forward to many more years together.

Outside of work, John is a devoted family man who loves spending time with his wife and kids, whether it’s quality moments at home or cheering them on at sports events. Today, John serves as Support Lead for our Applications Division. You’ll often spot him out in the field, leading projects or backing up the crew to make sure every job is done right.

Meet Benjamin Cook! Ben has been a valued member of the Wolberts team since 2017. Born and raised in Olympia, Ben is married to his wife, Rachael, and together they have three amazing children. Rachael is a dedicated, licensed midwife and owner of New Day Midwifery in downtown Olympia, where she has helped welcome nearly 900 babies since 2015.

Their oldest son (18) is a Running Start student at NTHS and SPSCC, plays varsity soccer, swims, and kicks for football—plus he’s finishing his private pilot’s license with plans for a professional pilot degree. Their middle son (15) excels at NTHS with AP classes, plays keeper for TC United Soccer, and competes in varsity football, swimming, and soccer. Their youngest (12) shines at Chinook Middle School in advanced classes and leadership, while cheering for TCYFL Rams (1st in state 2025!) and a new all-star squad.

Ben and his family are truly invested in Wolberts, our local community, and supporting area schools and youth sports. We’re proud to have him on the team!
