Two rebates just landed on the same order.

Milgard is running a factory rebate on V400 Tuscany® and V300 Trinsic® windows through October 31 — up to $1,000 back depending on how many you replace. As a Certified Milgard Dealer, we can pass that straight through to you.

Then we're adding 15% off installation on our end.

Here's how it breaks down: • 5 windows — $200 back • 10 windows — $600 back • 15+ windows — $1,000 back • Patio doors — $350 each • Moving Glass Walls — $750 each

Plus 15% off your install, stacked on top.

If you've been putting off the drafty ones, this is the window to do it in — before the wet season, and before the rebate closes. Orders have to be placed by Oct 31, 2026.

Free in-home quote, real numbers, no pressure. Comment QUOTE or send us a message and we'll get you on the schedule.

We have a new name—but we’re the same team you’ve trusted since 2017.

TN Glass Install is now Top Notch Windows.

When we started this company almost a decade ago, we set out to do one thing: take care of people. We hired W-2 employees instead of subcontractors. We earned our Tier 1 Milgard certification. We showed up on time, did the work right, and treated every home like it was our own.

You noticed. Over the years, you’ve left us more than 800 five-star Google reviews—making us the highest-rated window company in the South Puget Sound. That’s not marketing. That’s what happens when good people do great work.

So why the new name? Because “Top Notch” is what our customers have been calling us for years. It’s what we’ve always been. Now our name matches our reputation.

Same ownership. Same team. Same license. Same commitment to doing things the right way.

Good People. Great Windows.

We’re Top Notch Windows, and we’re just getting started.
