Today marks the end of National Payroll Week. Please join us in giving a BIG shout-out to Payroll Specialist Fallion Wade!
While Inova Payroll handles tax filings and processing, Fallion ensures each paycheck is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Each week, she enters PTO, holidays, reimbursements, bonuses, and other earnings; supports weekly and biweekly payroll cycles; manages deadlines; reviews details; resolves issues; and helps ensure direct deposits arrive on time. She also calculates the team’s monthly sales commissions and ensures they are processed accurately and paid in a timely manner; manages Certified Payroll setup, portals, and requirements; and is training a colleague to take over Certified Payroll reporting while she continues overseeing the process.
Fallion, thank you for your dedication, attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to all of the employees in the HLP family! We appreciate you!
