Concrete day!

That can only mean one thing… DONUTS! 🍩 Because you can’t pour concrete without the reward of Rieds /Olean Food Barn Donuts.

Every hardworking crew needs a queen, and ours just happens to have four legs and a whole lot of attitude.

Our Hank might be the face of KLK, but Lulah is clearly upper management. Currently she’s just reviewing the books and wondering where we budget in more money for treats 🦴🐾

Fall brings cooler days, and it’s the right time to get our outdoor spaces ready for winter. 🍂

We always recommend a thorough cleanup—clear away fallen leaves, pull up annuals, and trim back any overgrown shrubs. Protecting delicate plants with mulch or burlap can help them handle the colder months. If you have any paver pathways or patios, a quick sweep and check for shifting stones goes a long way.

Simple steps now help keep our yards healthier until spring. Reach out if you have questions or want a hand with fall prep!

The cooler days have definitely been welcomed… the shorter days, on the other hand… not so much.

Feels like we’re racing the clock every day trying to squeeze every last bit of daylight out of the season.

Still plenty of work to do—and we’re not slowing down until the snow says otherwise.

Not every job is as black and white as the photo makes it look.

Plans change. Conditions change. Unexpected things show up.

The key is being willing to adapt, problem-solve, and keep moving forward. Sometimes the best results come from adjusting the plan along the way.

That’s the difference between just doing the job and knowing how to get the job done.

Got a full-time job but still like making money? 💰 Semi-retired? Or maybe you’re just bored and looking for something a little more exciting?

We might have a spot for you. 🙌🏼

We’ve got room for someone experienced and dependable who can run equipment, isn’t afraid to work with their hands, and can be trusted on a job site independently to get things done and keep us on schedule.

Even better—we’ll have opportunities to push snow this winter. ❄️

We’re also looking to add a few dependable people to our sidewalk crews for snow season. No need to completely change your life or career—maybe you just want some extra work, extra money, and something productive to do.

Sound like you—or somebody you know? Let’s talk.

It’s that time of year… the schedule is packed, the phones are still ringing, the trucks are dirty, the equipment has seen some things, and the crew is pretty sure caffeine is a food group. 😂 Add in shorter days, unpredictable weather, rain delays, and trying to squeeze 10 hours of work into what feels like 6 hours of daylight — and the end-of-season hustle is officially REAL.

But one thing DOESN’T change as the season winds down — our standards.

Whether it’s the first job of spring or the last job before winter, our clients deserve the same effort, attention to detail, and quality we promised from day one.

To every other small business pushing through the final stretch — finish how you started. 🙌🏼💪🏼

Tired? Absolutely.
Busy? You have no idea. 😂
Slowing down? Not a chance. 💚

You’ll see us out there until the snow flies… and when it does, we’re not going anywhere. We just switch gears. 🌱➡️❄️

From green grass to white lots, we’ll keep grinding until the snow clears — then get ready to do it all over again.
