A little progress on one of our own properties.

The road is cut in, with gravel down on 300' of the planned 500', and the land is starting to take shape.

There’s still plenty left to do, but it’s nice making progress on something for ourselves between customer projects!

We’ve got some big plans for this property but those will have to wait until 2027. 👀

And that's a wrap on the duplex project!

This project brought together a full range of site improvements, including two new pressure-treated decks, retaining-wall work, sitework, slab extensions, drainage, fencing and final site restoration.

We’re proud of how everything came together, from the larger structural work down to the final details that make each home safer, more accessible, and ready to be enjoyed.

Transformation complete.

What started as a rough lot with a 14x60 slab and 10 huge oaks in the way is now a clean, functional 28x70 slab that is built to last.

From site prep & excavation to a retaining wall with drainage, concrete, final grading, and hydroseeding - every phase was completed with long-term performance in mind.

Some days you spend so much time focused on the next task that you forget to look at how far you've come.

Looking at these photos, it's hard to believe this is the same area we started on. Every tree/stump, every bucket of material, every block, every grade stake and adjustment adds up.

There's still plenty of work ahead, but seeing this wall come together and the site start taking shape makes all the long days worth it.

Final steps on this project: prep slab extension for a duplex & hydroseed.

Thankful for the opportunity to help build something that will serve families in our community for years to come!

Congratulations to both teams for earning a spot in the Old Town Little League Minors Championship! ⚾🏆

We're proud of all the players, coaches, and families for their hard work and dedication throughout the season this year!

Best of luck to both teams this Sunday — have fun and play hard!

The Minor's Championship teams are set and locked in for the final game this Sunday at 3pm @ KC Field.

As always, be please respectful to coaches, umpires and all volunteers.

We ask again not to park near Milligan's Landing building please and thank you.

• Track Loader and/or Excavator Operation
• Site Work
• Concrete Work & Finishing
• General Construction Labor
Part-time positions available.

Starting pay at $18/hr.
Pay is based on experience, reliability, productivity, and willingness to learn.
