A Few Changes at Edmonds Land Solutions LLC

I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that there are some changes happening. Due to the property being sold, I will no longer be operating the rock crusher yard at our current location off Loop Highway 56 and McKinley Road in Okmulgee.

I am still searching for a new location to set the operation back up, but finding the right property may take some time. At this point, I’m not sure what the future holds or whether the rock yard will reopen in Okmulgee County.

The past year has been a roller coaster, with both good times and tough times, and I want to sincerely thank everyone who has supported me and this small business along the way. Every customer, every load sold, every phone call, and every person who spread the word has meant more than you know.

While I work through these changes and figure out the next steps for the crusher equipment, Edmonds Land Solutions will continue offering land clearing and other services. This isn’t necessarily the end of the road, just a new chapter, and I’m hopeful that the right opportunity will come along.

Thank you again to everyone who has stood behind me, especially through the good and the bad. Supporting a small, locally owned business makes a difference, and I’m truly grateful for each and every one of you.

PROPERTY WANTED – GLENPOOL / BIXBY / SAPULPA, OK

Edmonds Land Solutions LLC is currently looking for 10 acres to lease or potentially purchase in the Glenpool, Bixby, or Sapulpa area to establish a rock crushing and recycling yard.

We are looking for a property with enough room to operate our mobile rock crusher and recycle:

• ♻️ Concrete
• ♻️ Asphalt millings
• 🌱 Topsoil and fill dirt
• 🪨 Shale and other materials

Having shale on the property would be a huge bonus, as we would be interested in exploring the opportunity to mine and process it as well.

Ideally, we are looking for a property with good truck access, room for material stockpiles, and space to operate heavy equipment.

We are open to leasing land, purchasing property, or discussing material rights with landowners.

If you own property, know of any available land, or have any connections in the area, we would greatly appreciate you reaching out. We are open to discussing opportunities that could work for both parties.
