“Starting a home renovation is exciting, of course, but also daunting and anxiety-inducing inevitably, you chat with friends or family who have taken on a big project, your horror stories, you name it, over budget no-shows, missed details, supply chain issues, and time delays when we started working with Harvest. We had those very same fears despite their reputation because you just never know. The top line with Harvest: We came in on time and under budget. It’s the details that matter, though. From day one, Ray and Julie were honest, fair, and both visionaries, as were the subcontractors they brought on to help. They are seasoned professionals who have experience with countless types of projects, subcontractors, suppliers, and key relationships that helped move our project along. Ray is a craftsman through and through; to him, the smallest detail matters. He and Julie do everything with your specific family or situation in mind. They get to know you, your wants, your needs and make decisions based on that; how you uniquely function in the space is paramount to them. Julie and Ray make an excellent team. Ray is the GC and Julie is the designer, having them work together on our project was key, bringing our vision to life, their respective expertise, knowledge, and creativity. The job site was spotless, secured by a fence, and the lawn was mowed weekly by Ray himself. He expects nothing but the best from his subs, and if he’s not pleased, he’ll throw on his bags and do it himself. Inspections were quick, as was billing. Our bid was thorough and highly accurate. Julie took my design vision and made it everything I wanted and more. Touches of old and new, she supported every idea I had and flawlessly brought it to life. Our space is beyond what we could’ve imagined, and we felt cared for and listened to throughout the entire process. We wouldn’t change a single thing about working with Harvest Builders.”
