Some roofs are straightforward. This one was anything but. This property combines steep-slope shingles, low-slope TPO roofing, curved architectural features, multiple transitions, and an existing lightning protection system. Completing the project meant looking beyond individual sections and understanding how every part of the roof worked together.
The TPO edges had to be detached and reset, portions of the membrane required replacement where they extended beneath the shingles, and the lightning protection system had to be carefully coordinated throughout the work. Projects like this are where planning and experience make the difference.
