Water intrusion is rarely just an interior issue.

This exterior wall had leaked for years due to deferred maintenance and improper details that were never fully corrected. By the time the issue was addressed, the repair required opening up the interior, identifying the source, correcting the exterior, and rebuilding the affected areas properly.
