The Dolese Rockettes are BACK. 😂🕺

This time, the Richards Spur team is putting the new Stretch & Flex choreography to the test — because apparently workplace warmups come with an eight count now. 👏

Stretch. Flex. Stay safe. And maybe… stay on beat. 😂

Thank you, Oklahoma City, for an incredible Rock the Block!

We are so grateful to everyone who came out and helped make this year’s event such a special day for our community. From the families who joined us, to the volunteers who gave their time, to the employees who worked behind the scenes, Rock the Block was a true reflection of what can happen when people come together with generosity, heart, and a spirit of service.

A huge thank you to our Team Dolese employees and volunteers who helped with setup, cleanup, activities, and everything in between. Your time, energy, and willingness to serve made a tremendous impact.

Thank you as well to our partners, supporters, and vendors who helped bring the event to life. Your contributions helped create a fun, welcoming experience for so many families.

We also appreciate everyone who supported our donation efforts for the Oklahoma Food Bank and the hot dog lunch benefiting United Way. Every act of giving helps strengthen our community, and we are thankful for each person who joined in.

Seeing so many smiles, families, and neighbors enjoying the day together is what Rock the Block is all about. We are proud to be part of a community that shows up, gives back, and makes a difference.

Thank you for celebrating with us — and for helping make Rock the Block such a success!

AHS Implementation Underway at Richard Spur Quarry!

Dolese is proud to take another step forward in safety, innovation, and operational excellence through the implementation of autonomous hauling solutions at Richards Spur Quarry in partnership with Warren CAT and

This initiative reflects our vision to be a unique and growing competitor through innovation and people. By leveraging autonomous hauling technology, we are working to reduce employee exposure to high-risk tasks and environments while improving operational consistency, efficiency, and long-term reliability.

While technology continues to evolve, our people remain at the center of everything we do. Their experience, knowledge, leadership, and commitment are what make progress like this possible. At Dolese, innovation is not about replacing people. Dolese is about protecting people, strengthening our operations, and continuing to deliver for our customers and communities.

At Dolese, our mission is to improve communities through our products, actions, and support—and that includes standing alongside organizations that care for Oklahomans when they need it most.

We’re proud to serve as a corporate sponsor of the Oklahoma City Cattle Baron’s Ball, benefiting the American Cancer Society and the Chad Richison Hope Lodge. The Hope Lodge provides a free place to stay for cancer patients and their caregivers who must travel to Oklahoma City for treatment, allowing support raised through this event to make a direct impact in our local community.

Our own Savannah Owen is serving her third year as a Cattle Baron. While each Baron commits to raising $10,000, Savannah has set her sights even higher: a $20,000 fundraising goal. She has already raised $15,500—and is just $4,500 away!

There are several ways to get involved. Corporate sponsorships begin at $5,000, offering businesses an opportunity to join Dolese in supporting this important cause. Individual donations of any amount can also help Savannah reach her goal while providing comfort, care and hope to patients and families facing cancer.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference right here at home. 💚
