Security Lock Service is looking for a dispatcher atleast 1 year of experience required to join our team. We are looking for someone who is an energetic, goal-driven and confident individual to take calls and make appointments. It is necessary for this person to learn and understand all of the different services offered by our company to ensure that our client's needs are being met.
Daily Duties
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received
Maintain the dispatch board
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively*
Requirements
Spanish speaking (preferred)
Computer skills
Geographical knowledge of service area/map reading skills
Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour.
