We specialize in custom residential homes, commercial and retail stores, plan modifications, remodel and permit plans as well as site layouts. Aviemore Design can provide residential builders with custom plans for their company’s personal style. The builder may copyright these designs so they can be used for future projects. We can create several elevation and floor plan layouts around individual projects. This allows a cost savings for your company versus buying stock plans for each new home built. Aviemore Design can provide your homebuyers with a fully custom home. We will consult with your client and create a layout based around their individual lifestyle and needs at a fraction of the cost of an architectural firm. Our design team specializes in layout and replanning for efficient use of space. We also consider mass interest when creating a custom design so our clients can remarket their homes without losing valuable equity. Please call us today and we will be happy to meet with you to discuss your particular needs. JT Hawk
