QUAD is proud to be building the Calvary Cemetery Chapel and Office Building for the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City!

This new construction 8,896-square-foot building will include a chapel, office space, columbarium areas, and peaceful reflection spaces designed to serve families for years to come.

Our team is currently working on the radius walls, with steel er****on set to begin next month. Stay tuned as this project takes shape!

Progress updates from both of our Star Spencer projects!

The Competition Gym is making major progress with exterior sheathing and waterproofing being installed, and the roof is up next!

Meanwhile, at the College & Career Center, drywall is going up, and today we'll begin installing windows, curtain walls, and storefront glazing. Our team is also gearing up for sidewalks and paving as site grading gets underway in the coming weeks.

More than signatures on a wall, these names represent the community coming together for Special Care. ❤️

From donors and supporters to the kids themselves, each name written on these walls is a reminder of how lives will be impacted here for years to come. In this new 31,000 SF addition, Special Care is gaining more educational spaces, therapy rooms, and storm shelters to serve children with special needs.

This project has been incredibly special to witness, and we’re honored to play a small part in a mission that means so much to so many.

It's been an exciting week at Western Sky on Boyd! 🏗️

This new boutique multifamily project near OU's Campus Corner is coming together! Iron workers are setting high beams for the 5th floor, exterior siding is starting to go up, and the 3rd floor is busy with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work in full swing.

After two years with QUAD, Mira Hays is officially trading in the “Intern” title for Project Manager at QUAD Construction. 👷🏻‍♀️

While balancing full-time coursework at the University of Oklahoma and spending the past two years working alongside our team, Mira consistently showed the drive, professionalism, and leadership that make her a natural fit for this next step.

This past Saturday, Mira graduated with her degree in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma, and we’re excited to officially welcome her into this new role full-time. Even more fitting, she’s currently helping manage the Weather and Advanced Technology Center in Norman, building on the campus of her alma mater.

She has already become a huge asset to our team, and we can’t wait to see the impact she continues to make at QUAD.

Here’s the latest from the historic Jim Thorpe Memorial Building!

Outside, our team is working on the sidewalks and stone detailing around the staircase, HVAC installation, and finishing the rooftop deck.

Inside, we’re making progress in the lobby, with drywall and ceiling tile installation underway throughout the building. The 3rd and 4th floors are leading the way and starting to showcase new finishes and lighting.

What’s made this project especially meaningful is the way our design-build team has approached it. From day one, we’ve been working side by side with our partners to problem-solve in real time, balance historic preservation with modern performance, and make thoughtful decisions that respect the building’s legacy while setting it up for the future.

This $60M historic renovation is a pillar project for our team and for the State of Oklahoma, and we’re proud of the collaboration driving it forward.

From day one, Howard has been part of what makes QUAD what it is.

Over 49 years, he's helped shape not only our city, but the standard of quality and integrity that still defines QUAD today. One of his favorite projects, Pops, is a reflection of the pride and craftsmanship he's brought to every job along the way.

We are incredibly grateful Howard chose to spend his entire career at QUAD and for the lasting impact he's made on our people and work.
