You might know the name Air Works… but do you know the guy behind it? 👀
Meet Andrew Ryan Manuel. 👋
Long before there were Air Works trucks, a growing team, or a bigger shop, Andrew was learning the HVAC trade from the ground up—starting as a summer temp running ductwork, and working his way through the industry.
Years of hands-on experience, education, and time spent learning the business eventually led him to create Air Works.
And while the company has grown, the goal has stayed pretty simple:
Do good work.
Treat people right.
Build something worth being proud of.
So, as we start sharing more of the people, stories, and everyday moments that make Air Works what it is, we thought we’d start with the person who started the journey.
Meet Andrew. 🔧❤️
