You're right.

We've spent the last 66 years perfecting what works.

When we find something that works, we keep it.

Many of our trade partners have been building alongside us for 30+ years. They've earned our trust because they consistently deliver the quality we expect.

In fact, when our trades are backed up, we don't go looking for the next available crew just to keep a schedule moving.

We wait.

Because they know our standards. They know our expectations. And they know the level of craftsmanship that carries the Mashburn name.

And when something isn't working? We fix it. We improve it. We move forward.

Our owners are in our homes five days a week during construction, making sure the same commitment to excellence that helped Mr. Mashburn earn Olympic gold continues to show up in every home we build today.

Some meetings mean a little more.

Today we sat down with Jesse and the architect to begin designing another custom Mashburn home.

What makes this one special is the history behind it.

Our buyer's parents purchased a Mashburn home years ago and loved it enough that the Mashburn name became part of their family's story. Today, their daughter is building her second Mashburn home of her own.

That's three Mashburn homes connected to one family.

We never take that lightly.

In an industry where people have endless options, having families come back again and again is one of the greatest compliments we can receive. It speaks to trust, relationships, and a commitment to building homes that stand the test of time.
