Remodel rundown:

-Freestanding soaking tub with a wall mount filler and hand shower
-Walk-in shower with a Delta Trinsic system, a second showerhead on its own wall, built-in niches and a bench
-Heated floors running through the whole bath and into the shower pan
-Double vanity, two sinks, framed medicine cabinets and stone counters
-Private toilet room

Large-format polished wall tile
Herringbone mosaic shower floor

“How long before I can get started on my remodel?”

We hear this question often and totally get it! Whether it’s the excitement of starting a project that has been on your mind for years, or the itch to finally get the one thing fixed that has been slowly picking at your peace, once you know you are ready for a remodel, you want to hit the ground running!

However, grabbing a hammer and going to town without the proper preliminary processes in place can actually make your remodel take longer and jeopardize its success.

Our homes exist within the ecosystem of our cities and neighborhoods. That means we can’t make decisions in a vacuum. Permits need to be approved, HOAs need to give their go-ahead, and then there’s design! Do we have alignment in design so that construction has a clear path forward during demo and build?

All of this to say, there is so much that needs to happen on the front end of a remodel in order to set your project up for success. It might be slow at first, but we promise it is the foundation that a strong and successful remodel needs to be built upon!
