Bower Commercial & Residential Roofing is looking to add motivated roofing sales representatives in the Oklahoma City metro area.
We are looking for people who can generate their own opportunities, build relationships with both homeowners and commercial building owners, inspect roofs, and close quality roofing projects.
This is a full-cycle sales position—not a canvassing-only role. You will be responsible for finding opportunities, meeting with property owners, inspecting roofs, and closing your own jobs. Our office supports the back end with estimates, supplements, insurance follow-up, scheduling, and production so you can stay focused on selling.
This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity.
Roofing sales experience is a plus, but it is **not required**. We are willing to train the right people. We are mainly looking for self-motivated, dependable people who communicate well, are comfortable prospecting, and want to scale their own earning potential.
