Let's talk flashing! Roof flashing is one of the most important components of your roofing system. It helps direct water away from vulnerable areas like chimneys, vents, skylights, valleys, and roof-to-wall transitions. BUT, when flashing fails, water can find its way into places it shouldn’t...and the tricky part is flashing problems are often not visible from the ground! If you suspect your roof has older flashing, call us to check for leaks, rust, corrosion, lifting, etc.
