And when we say Hatch, we mean REAL HATCH. Michael & Emily personally make the trip to Hatch, New Mexico.

🌶️ We load up with authentic Hatch-grown green chile and New Mexico produce.

Then we haul it all the way back to Oklahoma. No distributors. No warehouses. No middleman. Every Hatchlahoma roast starts with a fresh trip to Hatch, and we've been making that journey for nearly a decade.

This time, we're teaming up with Minco's own Cackleberry Farms! ❤️ Jennifer has been using our roasted Hatch chile for years to make her popular Hatch chile salsa, so bringing Hatchlahoma to Minco together makes sense.
