Hiring: Hands-On Field Crew Foreman | Close Construction
Looking for a leader who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty! Close Construction is hiring a Hands-On Field Crew Foreman with strong experience in vertical and/or civil construction. If you lead by example, work alongside your crew, and want a clear path to grow into a Job Superintendent, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
• Lead day-to-day job site operations while actively performing hands-on construction work.
• Manage and work alongside field crew members to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and up to quality standards.
• Coordinate job site safety, materials, and daily tasks for civil and/or vertical builds.
Qualifications
• Proven hands-on experience in general construction (civil and/or vertical construction experience required).
• Strong leadership skills with a "lead from the front" work ethic.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and self-motivated.
