This mop sink area was poorly constructed and not properly sealed to prevent water from getting into the walls. The concrete curb we poured inside the wall will prevent any future water issues. We then covered the walls with commercial grade stainless and neatened up the chemical dispensary system.

Highly Efficient.

Replacing a very inefficient 60 gal water heater, with a state of the art tankless heater. Now there is a limitless supply of hot water, yet no water is kept warm while not being used. This unit will pay for itself in just over a year. Also, note the additional floor space created by removing a very bulky tank.

Water damage. The struggle is real.

Major leaks causing major damage inside. We had to repair damage at top of the wall, then weather seal before we move on to repair the inside water damage.
