"I call AirHawk today 08/04/2026 around 430, hoping to reach someone. Our outside unit was not turning on,and the house began to warm. Almost immediately I was on the line with the receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name) She was able to, within 10 minutes, get me an appointment with Drake.
