NOW HIRING – TEMPORARY LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE HELP

O-Tex Irrigation is looking for 2 temporary W-2 employees to help our team catch up on our landscape maintenance workload.

Position Details:

* $16/hour
* Monday–Friday
* 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
* Weekends off
* Work throughout the Odessa/Midland area
* Temporary position with the possibility of additional work depending on workload

Requirements:

* Landscape maintenance experience required
* Must be comfortable with mowing, w**d eating, trimming, cleanup, and general landscape maintenance
* Irrigation repair and installation knowledge is preferred
* Must be dependable and show up on time
* Must be able to work outdoors in West Texas conditions
* Must be able to perform physical labor throughout the workday
* Must work well with a crew and follow direction
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our meeting location preferred

We’re looking for people who know how to work, take pride in what they do, and can help our crews get the job done right.

This is a legitimate W-2 position — no cash/under-the-table work.
