This house had split levels when we first walked in. The dining was sunken, the kitchen was up a few steps, and the family room felt totally cut off from everything else. And the ceilings were low everywhere on top of that.

So we took it apart and put it back together.

Everything sits on one floor now, the living, dining, kitchen, and family room, and we opened the ceiling all the way up over the living room so it goes up two full stories. The loft sits above and looks down into it.

It's a completely different house.

This is the kind of work we love most, taking a home apart from the ground up and rebuilding it into something that actually fits the family living in it.

We love a coastal design. And we love one made for the ranch just as much.

This kitchen is the ranch side of what we do. The homeowners wanted to keep some of the traditional character of the home and trusted us to blend it with updated finishes that will still feel right years from now.

Honestly, that's our favorite kind of trust to earn.

Seven trades. One small bathroom. One very tight deadline.

Normally we’d never stack this many people in a space this size, electrician one day, plumber the next, cabinetry after that. But this week called for all hands on deck. A celebration of life was happening tomorrow, and this bathroom needed to be ready.

That kind of overlap only works with a crew that trusts each other. A lot of subs won’t work this way, and we get it, nobody loves working on top of one another. But when it matters, our team shows up as one.

This one’s for former clients who are back with us for a bigger renovation this fall. We just had to get this bathroom done first.

Grateful for a team that makes the impossible look easy.

This one started as a split-level with a layout that just didn't work.

Instead of working around it, we solved it. Leveled the floors, restructured the layout, and in doing so created enough space to add a full primary suite.

The exterior got the same treatment: same bones, completely reimagined.

This is what we do. Not just renovate, but completely transform homes to fit your lifestyle.
