When a hot tire sits on a coated floor, the rubber can soften and chemically grab the coating underneath. On a cheap coating, the topcoat lifts off in the shape of your tire when you back out.

A proper polyaspartic system is cross-linked tight enough that hot tires can't grip it. The rubber rolls off clean and the floor looks the same as before you parked.

The slip resistance of bare concrete drops to almost nothing when it's wet. Add a little algae in the shady spots and it gets worse fast.

Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) is the texture left on a slab after grinding, measured 1 (smoothest) to 9 (roughest). Different coating systems need different profiles to bond.

A polyaspartic system wants a CSP-3 to CSP-4, which only comes from industrial diamond grinding. Acid etching leaves a CSP-1, which is why those coatings fail within a couple of years.
