When a hot tire sits on a coated floor, the rubber can soften and chemically grab the coating underneath. On a cheap coating, the topcoat lifts off in the shape of your tire when you back out.
A proper polyaspartic system is cross-linked tight enough that hot tires can't grip it. The rubber rolls off clean and the floor looks the same as before you parked.
