We’re looking for a reliable Office Assistant to support our vegetation management operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting both office and field staff.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and emails; provide client/employee support.
• Assist with employee time and attendance.
• Maintain filing systems and ordering office supplies.
• Assist with purchase tracking/receipts
• Support safety and compliance documentation.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of office/administrative experience preferable.
