... another successful remodel in Ocean City, NJ.

The owner recently purchased this home and wanted to have the condo remodeled before the May deadline required by Ocean Colony. He was referred to us by another.

G. Sieri maintained the existing layout with one exception. We installed an island, reversed, so that the owner may enjoy gazing at the ocean and rides.

Some other notable installaions were; crown and under cabinet lighting as well as sconces bringing the kitchen and livingroom together.

All new LVP flooring was installed along with 5 1/2" basebaord, scraped and skimmed popcorn ceilings and a finished with a professional paint job throughout.

The bathrooms were in very nice condition, so together, we decided to save some costs and install new vanities, countertops and plumbing fixtures while maintaining the existing ceramic tile.

We value the opportunity to work with returning clients. Following a successful three-bedroom condo renovation in Ocean City in 2017, we were thrilled to partner with these homeowners again on their new single-family residence in beautiful Margate City, NJ.

To ensure a seamless look, we integrated new hardwood flooring with the existing layout, then sanded and refinished the entire footprint for a flawless, cohesive finish.
