🔨 Small Updates. Big Value.

We were originally called in by a local Realtor to freshen up a rental property before it hit the market. The plan was simple: touch up the walls, make a few cosmetic improvements, and help the home show its best.

Then we stepped into the bathroom.

What looked like a basic refresh quickly revealed a much bigger issue… tiles were literally pulling away from the wall and falling off around the tub surround.

Instead of covering up the problem, we pivoted.

âś… Removed the failing tile
âś… Repaired and reset the wall system properly
âś… Installed new tile with a clean, updated look
âś… Helped protect the seller from a potential inspection issue down the road

And something that should have been simple,
their garage, wasn’t part of their routine yet.

No easy in-and-out.
No pulling in with a newborn and getting settled without the extra steps.

So we fixed it.

Nothing flashy.
