Proud to be a small part of something that makes a big difference. 💚📚

🌟 It’s our very first Spotlight Saturday! 🌟

We’re kicking off a new weekly series celebrating the incredible businesses and organizations that partner with us to make a difference in our schools.

First up, we’re excited to spotlight Empire Construction, a proud NEW School Business Partner supporting Eighth Street Elementary School!

School Business Partners help strengthen the connection between our schools and community, providing support that makes an impact on students and staff. We’re grateful to Empire Construction for stepping up and showing what it means to invest in public education!

Each Saturday, we’ll introduce you to another one of our amazing School Business Partners and the school they support.

Dreams really can be turned into reality. 💕

This homeowner had an incredible vision for transforming this existing home and we were grateful to have the opportunity to help bring that vision across the finish line.

What was once essentially the entire original house was transformed into the kitchen, dining and living area you see today. From there, the home was expanded with all new bedrooms, each designed with its own en-suite bathroom and a large attached garage.

The vision belonged to our client, and we’re proud of the role we played in bringing it to life and getting this beautiful home completed. 🏡✨

Want to see the full transformation? Check out our last post for all of the finished photos!

THREE kitchen islands. 🤩 And just wait until you see the master shower…

This home is truly something special. From the three-island kitchen and soaring wood ceilings to the incredible indoor/outdoor master shower. Every space has a wow factor.

The dark exterior, metal roof, expansive porches, warm wood details… there is so much to love about this one. 🖤🏡

We are so excited for this family to turn this beautiful house into a home and fill it with memories for years to come. 🤍✨

Complete with a fitness center, aerobics studio, grand hall, party bar, offices and covered porches, this has been an exciting project to watch come together from the ground up.

What a difference a vision, great design, and quality craftsmanship can make. This waterfront home went from dated and ordinary to a stunning coastal retreat. Every detail was thoughtfully reimagined to maximize both curb appeal and functionality.
