Looking for an architect experienced with major residential additions in St. Louis and Jefferson Counties.

Projects include a second-story addition and an attached 3-car garage with a finished loft above. Both require structural engineering, foundation and footing design, framing plans, and permit-ready drawings.

Feel free to drop some info in the comments if you do any of this work. Most importantly I need a good architect to get things rolling.

Experience with major structural renovations is a must. Please message me with recommendations or contact information.

Thank

Making progress on this 3 rail post and dowel fence. We special ordered the material to match the existing fence that was recently destroyed when a tree fell on it.

If you have a similar issue and need us to go to bat for you with the insurance company, give us a call..

Big transformation on this one.

We removed the old wood paneling and drywall, took out the existing door, and installed a new pocket door while carefully keeping the bathroom tile on the other side completely intact.

We finished the walls with 7-inch shiplap, new corner trim and moldings, then trimmed out the pocket door for a clean, finished look.

A much brighter, cleaner, more updated space without having to disturb the existing bathroom tile.

We got really close to finishing this one up but we'll just have to come back Monday.

Another kitchen transformation completed by SCM Contracting!

The customer chose to keep the existing wall tile as a way to help reduce the overall cost of the renovation while still giving the kitchen a fresh, updated look.

We removed the old cabinets and installed brand-new cabinetry, added extra upper cabinets for more storage, incorporated diagonal corner cabinets to make the best use of the available space around the window, installed beautiful new quartz countertops, a new sink and faucet, and finished the project with brand-new flooring.

We're really happy with how this one turned out. No matter the size of your remodel or your budget, we'll help you maximize your space and create a kitchen you'll love. Contact SCM Contracting for a free estimate!
