Making progress on this 3 rail post and dowel fence. We special ordered the material to match the existing fence that was recently destroyed when a tree fell on it.

Big transformation on this one.

We removed the old wood paneling and drywall, took out the existing door, and installed a new pocket door while carefully keeping the bathroom tile on the other side completely intact.

We finished the walls with 7-inch shiplap, new corner trim and moldings, then trimmed out the pocket door for a clean, finished look.

A much brighter, cleaner, more updated space without having to disturb the existing bathroom tile.

Another kitchen transformation completed by SCM Contracting!

The customer chose to keep the existing wall tile as a way to help reduce the overall cost of the renovation while still giving the kitchen a fresh, updated look.

We removed the old cabinets and installed brand-new cabinetry, added extra upper cabinets for more storage, incorporated diagonal corner cabinets to make the best use of the available space around the window, installed beautiful new quartz countertops, a new sink and faucet, and finished the project with brand-new flooring.
