I had some dreary tech issues and I will spare all y'all the stultifying and, yes, frustratingly irritating details but I'm back on our local social media monopoly platform again. Rumors of my disappearance are way too early. That won't happen until a bit before the collapse of civilization, or maybe the SF party scene suddenly dries up. Hiiii

So, kind of like ADU permits, this strong arms power away from your local zoning department, but with prevailing wage will be more complicated. ADU permits often let you build in spots that normally you couldn't and the law has no details on implementation once you get to the building department, where it can get all catch-22. But yeah, office space and empty retail abound, and there's inadequate parking.
