Getting this Rosetta Hardscapes Grand Ledge wall in just in time for peak foliage season…

Team Member Tuesday focuses on Bobby, as he observes a Rosetta Grand Ledge Top Block in its natural habitat… Bobby came to us last fall and has become our 3/4 timer… (in the summer he runs Sojourn Ice Co. - Philly Water Ice, Journeying through Maine with his family a few days a week… give them a follow the stuff is 🔥). He willingly spent all winter in the truck with Rick and I so we knew we had to keep him around! He’s a quick study, learning our work fast… and with an actual passion for the trade. It’s been an absolute pleasure having him around!

A sneak peak at what we spent the majority of our summer on 👀. There’s so much Platinum from Cambridge Pavers, Tiffany’s and Cartier are taking notes. She’s not 100% completed, but I’ve been chomping at the bit to share. Much more about this one to come…

“Why do we do so many curves in our designs?” Because. Straight lines are boring. A little REDI-ROCK RETAINING WALLS Limestone 28” to switch it up on this residential install.

Thanks for the feature guys! Can’t wait to see what we can put together next!

THE WALL IS FINISHED.

The landscaping is beautiful.

The homeowners have bragging rights.

And Shawn is going to be absolutely insufferable after reading the comments.

One of Maine’s first Rosetta Hardscapes Kodah walls—beautifully installed by Silva Services LLC. in Winslow.

When you’re taking her picture and she says “get my good side”… but with this Gagne & Son Concrete Block Kodah Wall all her sides are good sides. Whatever the look you’re going for with your hardscape we’ve got a product to make it happen.

We often post our work… and maybe an action shot or two… but we’ve never actually introduced the guys behind the finished product! Our first Team Member Tuesday focuses on Jamie! He came to us at the beginning of our journey as Silva Services on a family recommendation. Coming from a construction background he knew the basics of what we were doing but didn’t have any formal hardscape experience. Fast forward three years… you’d think he’d been doing it as long as we have. He’s taken a liking to what we do and has developed a passion for the work that you can’t teach. He’s become an invaluable asset to our team, you may see him behind the wheel of the dump truck… or if you’re lucky enough you’ll meet him in your backyard!

250 years of freedom. 250 years of independence. 🇺🇸

One of the greatest privileges of being an American is having the freedom to pursue what we love, build what we believe in, and create spaces where family and friends can come together.

This patio was one of our earliest projects and remains one of our favorites—not just because of the craftsmanship, but because it stayed in the family. Seeing it continue to be enjoyed years later is a reminder of why we do what we do.

Here’s to 250 years of freedom, family, hard work, and the pursuit of what makes us happy. Cheers, America. 🇺🇸
