New Construction TPO Roofing | Wilton Manors, FL!

We recently completed a new construction TPO roofing project in Wilton Manors, and it's a strong example of the coordination that goes into getting a system like this right from the ground up.

The scope included a GAF - Roofing EverGuard TPO system with Tapered EnergyGuard Insulation adhered to concrete deck. Every phase, deck prep, insulation layout, membrane installation, and final detailing was sequenced and inspected to keep the project on schedule and to manufacturer specification, with drone footage documented at each stage for full visibility into the process.

That level of coordination is what allows us to back the work with a 20-year manufacturer's warranty, giving homeowners confidence in the long-term performance of their roof from day one.

Stopping Leaks Before They Start | Commercial Roofing Repair

Our commercial team recently wrapped up a roof repair project on a property in Melbourne, Florida.

The scope focused on addressing vulnerable areas prone to leaks and moisture intrusion, then applying GAF surface seal to help the roof system hold up against Florida's heat, humidity, and storm activity. The goal: extend the life of the roof / balconies and protect the interior of the building from water damage.

Work like this is a good reminder that proactive maintenance, catching and sealing weak points before they become bigger problems, is often more cost-effective than waiting for a leak to show up inside.
