Railings are where we do a lot of our work for property managers and contractors: balcony rails, stair rails, ADA handrails, porch and walkway rails. Code-compliant heights and spacing, welded in our Oakland Park shop, installed by the same crew that built them.

Mesh-panel aluminum pool gates at a condo pool deck, fabricated and installed by Oceanside Welding & Fabrication.

Pool enclosures have rules: self-closing, self-latching, the right height, the right gap. We build to code, in aluminum, so it passes inspection and doesn't rust out next to the water.

Property managers and associations: if a pool gate is hanging wrong, won't latch, or the fence is corroding, that's a liability. Send photos and we'll scope it.

When is custom aluminum worth it?

A few honest reasons we build gates, railings and fencing in aluminum for South Florida properties:

- It holds up near salt air. Aluminum does not rust the way plain steel does.
- It fits the opening. Custom work is measured and built to the site, not forced to fit a stock size.
- Low upkeep. A good powder-coat finish keeps it looking clean without yearly scraping and painting.
- Design freedom. Pickets, horizontal slats, decorative tops: the gate can match the architecture.

If a stock part fits and does the job, that may be all you need. When the opening is odd, the property is near the water, or the look matters, custom aluminum earns its keep.
