Hubby and I have been working on his first spec house since January this year! 146 Wachusett St. in Rutland. It has come out amazing so please share and tell anyone looking for a quality house in Rutland with an insanely beautiful river in their backyard to reach out!! 🥰

Here’s the Christmas card everyone would have gotten this season as a thank you for all the support given to Paint Chick! 😍 I Bought the cards, stamps, envelopes but then life took a detour. My mom went into the hospital 2 weeks before thanksgiving and it’s been a nightmare since being her main caregiver. She will now be going into a long term care facility sometime in January for the rest of her life which is honestly the best and safest thing for her. At 27 I lost my dad only several months after getting married the first time, then now my mom at 38 having gotten remarried in March to the love of my life. I’m just now my getting back to work this next week and trying to play catch up on emails, texts, voicemails etc. I’m really not one to blow off appointments or not return calls/texts but I hope anyone who knows me or even if you don’t, understand I needed to focus on her and had a lot to figure out. There’s still a long road ahead but I’m many steps in the right direction that I can return to work. It’s been a very exhausting end to 2024 BUT We still managed to have a decent Christmas and really hoping for 2025 to be better!❤️
