NOW HIRING!

D&B HVAC is looking for a motivated person to work full time in the shop! Responsibilities would include speaking with customers, selling appliances, ordering parts, entering inventory, sending invoices, dispatching employees to service calls, helping run the service schedule, shipping, receiving orders, and other duties as they arise. Applicants should be responsible, punctual, respectful, willing to learn, and able to multi-task.

Hours would be 8 am-4 pm Monday-Friday. Pay offered would be $16-$21/hour depending on experience, and benefits are available after a trial period.

A few housekeeping items ✅️

We've had the unfortunate situation of a few people coming by and taking things from behind the shop and off our trailer parked behind the shop. While these items may look like they're just sitting around, they do have a purpose for us. We do have cameras up and have been working with the police department about the situation, but please make sure to leave things where they are on our property!

Secondly, our awesome appliance tech, Ashley, is taking a family trip down to Colorado! While she is gone, the coverage at the appliance store will be a bit piecemeal. If the open sign is flipped and the door is open, come on in! Meet Ryan Enge!

- Ryan graduated from North Sargent High School in May and will be attending M State Technical College in their HVAC/R program in the fall
- Someday he hopes to own his own HVAC company!
- Ryan has wrestled for 15 years, winning 2nd place at state twice and winning as a dual team 4 times in his high school wrestling career
- Ryan enjoys hunting in his free time, as well as fishing with his girlfriend, Karlie
- His favorite food is sushi!

We are so grateful to have Ryan as a part of our team! He is an extremely hard worker, a fast learner, and has quickly become an important part of our team. Say hello to Ryan if you see him out on a job!

It has been a busy couple months over here at D&B HVAC. Thank you for trusting us with keeping you comfortable and safe!

Our crew has been working their tails off installing, servicing, and repairing equipment all over the region- they're going to take a much-needed day off tomorrow, July 3rd. The appliance store will still be open regular hours from 8-4. Have a safe and enjoyable Independence Day weekend!

Say hello to our jack of all trades and design specialist! Bailee Gulseth is responsible for all the awesome pictures we have for the business and helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes!

Bailee:
- Works full time as a dental hygienist at Cotter Dental in Oakes and Ellendale
- Has an Associate's of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene and liberal arts from NDSCS
- Enjoys hunting and fishing, working in the garden, and is a very talented photographer
- Loves traveling and going to concerts
- Spends her free time with her family, friends, and sweet puppy, Zoey
- Will be marrying Steve Dudas later this year!

Meet our appliance expert!

Ashley Brockman:
- Has years of experience contracting for work on robots in Bobcat- she could diagnose and fix just about every problem, and we know that experience will serve her well in repairing appliances!
- Taught robotics for Bismarck State College
- Loves to hunt, fish, golf, and played on 3 softball teams last summer
- Is the most amazing aunt!
- Loves dirt track racing- she has 96 panels she has collected from their cars and one of her favorite racers is Jonny Carter
- Favorite food is steak or Mexican food!

Ashley is wrapping up her year at Bismarck State College before she moves back to the area and starts with us full time. Until she arrives, Steve and Spencer are running HVAC calls and appliance calls, so we appreciate your patience if there is a little bit of a wait on your appliance repair!

Spencer Brockman:
- Is also coming up on 10 years of work in the HVAC/R industry
- Associate of Applied Science degree in HVAC/R technology from NDSCS
- Loves swinging a golf club, shooting a basketball, or hitting a softball just as much as hunting for ducks, geese, deer, and coyotes
- Way above proficient with a bow (competed at the World Tournament in high school and got 3rd place!)
- Spends every spare second he can with his kids, Theo and Rosa
