We're excited to be part of the team bringing Civic Center North Apartments to downtown Rochester! ⚡

Congratulations to everyone involved in reaching this exciting milestone!

We're thrilled to share that we celebrated the long-awaited groundbreaking of Civic Center North Apartments in Rochester, Minn. last week!

This project will bring a 273 market-rate apartments, a separate 76-unit building of affordable senior housing, a shared parking structure, and riverfront amenities to downtown Rochester.

Congratulations to our project partners on reaching this exciting milestone. We're looking forward to this next phase of construction and will share more updates soon.

🎒 Giving Back + Collins Kids Day!

Our Collins kids joined us for the Kids in Need Foundation Backpack Build, spending a fun day at the office learning a little more about what we do at Collins while helping give back to students in our community.

After a great day of volunteering, we headed over to SkyZone for some jumping fun!
