DePalma Design Group provides Landscape Architecture Design Services, Landscape Construction Administration and Design Build Coordination. Our Environmental Services Division supplies clients with SWPPP Consulting, SWPPP/Erosion Control Plan design, SWPPP manual development, filing permit documents on the State SMARTS program including Notice of Intent, Annual Reports and Notice of Termination (Co

nstruction and Industrial) and SWPPP inspections for sites in the Southern California area. We have a team of certified QSDs and QSP inspectors who cover San Diego to San Luis Obispo. The department is managed by Shirley Sivesind who has 17 years Erosion Control/SWPPP experience and has relationships with the California State and Los Angeles Water Resources Control Boards and many City and County Building and Safety personnel. With our experience and knowledge we can keep your sites compliant per the State General Permit.
