Often homeowners can get away with small interior remodels without permits, but this project ballooned into something much bigger! A gut rehab with structural wall changes definitely requires permits. Not to mention the peace-of-mind knowing that your walls have adequate support.

Serene and elegant rendering of a bath with very tall ceilings. Bleached oak millwork surrounds this functional vanity. The mirror is backlit for a warm and cozy glow. The next steps will be working with the construction team to bring it to life.
