Showed up promptly on time, explained what he was observing as he serviced the gas furnace and ductless heat pumps, laid out options for our 15-year-old furnace, including moderately priced cleaning and restoration of the heat exchanger, or just letting it be, as it is still functional and nearing the end of its expected lifespan. Also gave us a very reasonable quote for rerouting the drain line on the furnace to avoid it constantly freezing during cold weather, came back the following week and did the work quickly and cleanly.
