Every member of our operations team holds an OSHA 30 certification and is dedicated to following site-specific safety plans for every project, along with completing ongoing field training that reinforces safe work practices.

Krusinski Construction Company is proud to support Loaves & Fishes Community Services as they launch the Nourish Together Campaign, a bold new vision to address rising hunger and transform lives.

We are grateful to play a role in Hub 2.0 — a 32,100-SF expansion of the Aurora distribution hub, serving as the general contractor and helping bring this important project to life while significantly increasing access to nutritious food across the region.

To respond to the growing need, Loaves & Fishes launched the Nourish Together Campaign, a $15 million initiative designed to meet these challenges by doubling the size of the Aurora Food Distribution Hub, strengthening and growing its network of local food distribution partners and going beyond food by expanding the CARES program to support families with essential resources and services.

Sunshine, food trucks and great neighbors. What more could you ask for?

Earlier this week, we shared a fun afternoon of food, conversation and connection at our Tenant Appreciation Lunch with our fellow neighbor, Sassetti LLC.

From Chicago favorites and gourmet grilled cheese to funnel cakes and fried Oreos, the food trucks kept everyone coming back for more. Thank you to everyone who joined us. It was great catching up and enjoying a beautiful day together.

Momentum continues to build in Mount Prospect as the 17,371-SF facility expansion starts to take shape and move towards completion.

Concrete pours have finished up, and the installation of the final precast panel has officially enclosed the 12,190-SF north addition and 5,181-SF west addition. Site work continues with the installation of permeable pavers designed to support on-site stormwater drainage.

With vertical progress and other major milestones hit, the project is moving closer to being ready to support the client’s expanded operational needs.

🏙️ Check out the Chicago skyline view from Krusinski Construction’s new tenant improvement project for Dayton Street Partners (DSP). The Loomis building will support a new electric-vehicle repair facility for a multi-national automotive and clean energy company.

“Krusinski is energized to support DSP with this tenant improvement project to bring the Loomis building back to operational status,” said Kuy Parker, Project Manager. “This improvement project will strengthen our partnership with DSP and expand our renovation project portfolio.”

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Tim brings specialized expertise in mission critical and data center construction. He has led complex projects from owner, developer and contractor perspectives for enterprise, colocation and hyperscale clients. His addition supports our continued growth in the rapidly evolving data center market.

“We are very excited that Tim has joined our KRU. From temperature-controlled food preparation spaces to cutting-edge kitchen operations, the LSG Sky Chefs' facility was designed to support a global leader in airline catering, providing efficiency, quality and innovation to their operation.

Krusinski Construction delivered this 135,000-SF ground-up facility in Des Plaines, featuring specialized food preparation areas, a fully automated SmartWall system and temperature controlled environments designed to meet strict industry regulations while supporting the highest food safety standards.

The LEED Silver-Certified facility was also recognized with NAIOP Chicago's Award for Excellence as Industrial Build-to-Suit of the Year.
