Krusinski Construction had an engaging session at the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) Local Chicago event yesterday, hearing from industrial leaders in the Midwest talk about how the market continues to evolve and the response companies are making to stay ahead of the game.

It was great to connect with friends and colleagues across the industrial landscape and discuss recent development activity, the impact of emerging trends and technologies, and how the economy is shaping industrial real estate decisions across the region.

🎒✏️ Krusinski recently wrapped up our Back-to-School Supply drive supporting our friends and students at Child's Voice, an organization that empowers children who are deaf or hard of hearing to achieve their full potential through listening and spoken language.

Thanks to the generosity of our KRU, we filled a whole school bus full of supplies to get the kids ready for another school year! We celebrated a successful drive with a patio BBQ Cookout recognizing the impact we can make when we come together for a great cause.

💫 A new chapter is taking shape in Northbrook, Illinois.

Let’s go Behind the Build to see how Krusinski Construction safely completes the demolition of a three-story, 100,000-SF office building to make way for The Geraghty North, a ground-up immersive event venue designed to host weddings, corporate events and private gatherings.

Demolition is more than tearing down a structure. It's a carefully coordinated process of dismantling, sorting, recycling and repurposing materials, all while transforming the site for its next chapter.

Demolition by the Numbers:
· 100,000-SF, three-story building demolished
· 458 tons of recycled steel
· 8,000 tons of recycled concrete
· 68 days from start to finish

Krusinski Construction Company is incredibly grateful to once again support the Out of the Darkness Walk in DeKalb County, organized by the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention (AFSP) and in partnership with Curran Contracting.

Year after year, KCC stands with our industry and community to end the stigma surrounding mental health and raise awareness about su***de prevention. Our continued support helps create a community where conversation and awareness are met with understanding and hope.
