A new roof is great. A yard full of nails and debris? Not so much.
We believe taking care of your property includes cleaning up after ourselves when the job is done. We want to leave you with a beautiful new roof and not a mess to deal with.
It’s all part of doing the job right.

This home took a serious hit from a hail and wind storm this spring, but we got the chance to turn the damage into a major upgrade.

Our clients wanted a more modern look for their home and we think we nailed it. What do you think?

New look, happy homeowners, and a home that’s ready for whatever comes next.

Protecting your home means protecting more than just your roof.

When we’re working on your property, we treat it like it’s our own and that includes the landscaping you’ve worked hard on.

A little extra prep goes a long way. We got you.

It might not be the first thing you notice on a roof, but drip edge has an important job.

It helps direct water away from the edges of your roof and into the gutters, protecting your roof decking, fascia and the rest of your home from moisture damage.

It’s the little details that make a big difference when it comes to protecting your home.

Talk about a transformation!!!

New roof. New siding. Updated deck. New windows. Basically a brand new house.

Home makeovers are kind of our thing. Ready to give your home an update? Let’s talk.

Your roof doesn’t have to be leaking for there to be a problem.

Missing or damaged shingles, hail damage, lifted shingles and normal wear over time can all be signs that your roof needs some attention and a lot of it isn’t easy to spot from the ground.

If you’re unsure about the condition of your roof, give Benchmark Exteriors a call. We’re always happy to take a look and give you an honest recommendation.

🚨 We Were Out Until 1AM Last Night in the rain and We’re Back Out Again Today

Yesterday’s storms hit Roscoe, Durand, Lena, and surrounding areas hard. From the Stateline to Southern Wisconsin.

Our crews worked late into the night until nearly 1:00am boarding openings and installing emergency tarps to protect homes from further damage.

And we’re back out again today doing the same.

Storm damage isn’t just about missing shingles or siding sometimes it means structural damage, interior exposure, insulation loss, and water intrusion. Situations like this take fast action and experienced crews to stabilize the home safely.

That’s what we do.

If your home was impacted:
• Stay off the roof. It may not be safe.
• Take photos of damage if you can do so safely
• Get temporary protection in place as soon as possible
• Take inventory of lost or damaged personal contents
• Have the damage professionally inspected

If you need help, we are actively working in the area today.

📍 Serving Roscoe, Durand, Lena & surrounding communities
🇺🇸 Veteran-Owned
🏠 Benchmark Exteriors
🔧 Now offering expanded property repair solutions when storms cause more than just roof damage

We take pride in showing up when our communities need us most.

Stay safe out there.

Madison Area Friends & Clients — We’re Already Getting Calls

We’ve been receiving calls from past clients in the Madison and surrounding areas after today’s hailstorm.

If your home or property was in the path of the storm, now is a good time to take a look around once it’s safe to do so. Hail damage isn’t always obvious from the ground, and catching issues early can prevent bigger problems down the road.

Our team will have representatives in the Madison area over the next several days assisting previous clients and checking properties that may have been impacted.

If you’re a past Benchmark client and have concerns, reach out to us directly.

Not a current client but concerned about possible damage? We’re happy to take a look and point you in the right direction.

We’re here to help guide you through the process and make sure your property is protected.
