Nestled in the rolling landscape of Augusta, Missouri, Broadview Valley is shaping up to be an extraordinary retreat—a unique blend of heritage and modern luxury.

Featuring a beautifully preserved mid-1800s historic cabin alongside contemporary tiny cottages, the property offers an immersive hospitality experience. Guests will soon wander through scenic hiking trails, cross a picturesque bridge, and enjoy serene days on the lake. From hands-on blacksmithing demonstrations and kayak excursions to farm-to-table culinary experiences, every detail is designed for a memorable stay.

Copper Leaf Custom Homes is honored to collaborate with the visionary team at Broadview Valley on this multi-phase project, currently bringing two modern custom cottages and a state-of-the-art podcasting studio to life.

We look forward to revealing more finished spaces soon. In the meantime, here is a glimpse behind the scenes at our progress.
