Why do we recommend letting us review your loss report?

It’s simple. Once we can see what the insurance company has paid for, we can determine what was missed. We are on your side and we know this process very well.

Roofing and siding is the easy part, having a local, hail/insurance savvy contractor is where the value in the service is.

This was a good size, well written estimate but we were still able to find approximately $7k-$8k in missed supplement items.

Had we not had the opportunity to review the report, we would not be able to help add approximately 20% to this claim for this customer.

We recently completed the roof, gutters, gutter covers, and shutters on this project in O’Fallon, IL. All but the shutters were covered by their insurance company from our hailstorm last year.

Another roof approved for hail damage and recently completed. This roof was nearing the end of its service life and the customer was looking to pay out of pocket in the next 2-3 years. We inspected it for hail and recommended filing a claim.

They are glad they did because the insurance company approved the full roof and several downspouts along with some window screen and a/c combs.
