Their old deck was an early form of composite with wood railings and metal balusters. The colors were faded, the railings were wobbly, and it was soaking in moisture.

We completely tore down and rebuilt this gorgeous deck using durable Deckorators composite decking with hidden fasteners. We finished it off with sleek black metal railings and a matching composite drink rail and fascia boards. The post caps were upgraded to solar lights and some outdoor lighting was replaced as well.

Now it’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Zero splinters, no painting, clear view of the patio and pool, and years of easy outdoor living for the homeowners.

We completely transformed this outdated bathroom on the lake in Lake Saint Louis, into a bright, modern oasis for our client. We replaced the old cast iron tub and carpeted platform with a custom tiled, zero-entry walk-in shower with multiple niches, heads, and jets. We add a drop-in tub with tile surround and quartz top, a sleek new double vanity with 6” ledge and tower in the center for extra storage, heated floors and shower, bluetooth speaker system with controls inside the vanity tower, custom cabinet area with deeper top cabinets for extra towels, trim walls on the front of the shower and tub, and added modern lighting to brighten up the space.

We also did trim walls, crown moulding and some baseboards through out the rest of the house. Pictures/Videos in the comments.
